Bryan Thomson
Head of Corporate ServicesBryan has achieved an impressive track record of success during almost 20 years’ in the real estate industry working in positions throughout New Zealand ranging from sales consultant to senior management. With Harcourts since 1998 and a shareholder since 2002 Bryan was CEO of Harcourts New Zealand for eight years being appointed in April 2010 to the new role of Head of Real Estate Operations for Harcourts Australasia. Franchise Development ManagerChris’s career in real estate began when he joined Barfoot & Thompson as a Sales Consultant and had great success during his time selling real estate, then becoming part of the regional team at RE/MAX as Franchise Sales Manager. After 3 years with RE/MAX Chris became the Auckland/Northland Sales and Account Manager for RPNZ and after almost 4 years with RPNZ was very excited to be offered the role of Franchise Development Manager at Harcourts. Business Operations ManagerDebbie's experience is extensive and has covered, IT/Telecommunication industry for 14 years, selling Mobile and I.T. products/services/hardware and software to the retail/education and business channels. Her expertise in these areas was developed while working for Telecom Mobile, Comworth Systems, Scottronic Technologoies and Ultra Computers (Now part of Insite Technologies) in roles of Account Management, Business Development, Sales Manager and Business Owner. Hayden has an impressive track record of success, including a number of years in senior roles within Turners before he joined the real estate industry. Marketing Manager NZSharon Morey joined the Harcourts team as National Marketing Manager with a bang, with her first day being at the annual Harcourts Conference in Rotorua. Sharon is based in the Auckland Regional Office and brings with her seven years in Real Estate Marketing. After taking a year to expand her experience working in business development for a large kiwi owned engineering firm, she is very much looking forward to getting back into the world of real estate and is passionate about helping to build Harcourts brand presence within the New Zealand market. Assistant to NZ Property Management OMHaving an extensive background in administration, I started my career in Real Estate working as a receptionist for a renowned Real Estate company in Sydney. It was here that I completed my Diploma in Property (Real Estate) and consequently progressed within the company to Property Manager, building a wealth of knowledge and experience. I returned to New Zealand in 2006 after 6 years in Australia, furthering my career in Auckland within Property Management before joining the Harcourts Group in New Plymouth in January 2008. After taking a short break in 2010 to start a family, I was excited to take up a new challenge in 2011 and jumped at the opportunity to set up a new Property Management division operating out of the Harcourts Bell Block Office.
