Franchise Development ManagerChris’s career in real estate began when he joined Barfoot & Thompson as a Sales Consultant and had great success during his time selling real estate, then becoming part of the regional team at RE/MAX as Franchise Sales Manager. Now responsible for the leadership of New Zealand’s largest real estate group, Hayden is a youthful and energetic real estate professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills, a passion for people and the real estate industry, a considerable network and an established national profile. National Communications Manager- NZ/FijiNew to the real estate industry, Laura began her career in television over 12 years ago. From Video Editor to TV Producer Laura has worked at every level of television. With a new focus in mind, Laura diversified and extended her talents in television to the broader media industry, and into Communications. Laura has owned a TV Production House and Company Communications business for over 10 years assisting businesses small and large to strategise and grow their communication and media plans. Laura has worked with companies such as Downer, Fonterra, NZ Warriors, Vodafone, Maori Television, TVNZ, Sanitarium, and Fletcher Construction, to name a few. Laura’s role manages media relationships, newsletters and publications, press communication and support our franchises with media comment as well as continuing the good work already started in developing Harcourts media presence.

Robert Tulp
National Auction ManagerRobert Tulp has been a successful real estate agent over the past 20 years and a top Auctioneer in both Australia and New Zealand. He is a recipient of the REIWA Grand Master Salesman – their highest honour and been the top agent in Western Australia for their biggest group – First National. More recently he has been a Business Owner, Manager and now award winning Auctioneer. In 2010 he won the Harcourts NZ Auctioneer title; was a runner up at the National Institute Auction Competition and a finalist in the Australasian Auction champs. Early this year he won the Inaugural ‘Bledisloe’ Auction Cup as the top Harcourts Auctioneer in Australasia. Robert has been working for Franchise group Cooper and Co on Auckland’s North Shore for the past few years as an Auctioneer, Manager and Trainer and has now taken the step into the Corporate arena by taking on the National Auction Manager’s role.

Marketing Manager NZSharon Morey joined the Harcourts team as National Marketing Manager with a bang, with her first day being at the annual Harcourts Conference in Rotorua. Sharon is based in the Auckland Regional Office and brings with her seven years in Real Estate Marketing. After taking a year to expand her experience working in business development for a large kiwi owned engineering firm, she is very much looking forward to getting back into the world of real estate and is passionate about helping to build Harcourts brand presence within the New Zealand market. The major objectives of her new role include the facilitation in the growth of the Blue Book and NAI Harcourts publications, brand management, the implementation of Campaign Track throughout Harcourts’ offices, and assisting franchises and business owners in raising their profile within their local markets.

Pralene has over 12 years experience in PA roles in both New Zealand and South Africa.
