Jay's career in real estate began when he joined Harcourts as a Sales Consultant in Wellington, where he had great success during his time selling real estate. Jay has always had a passion for information technology and property. In 2007 Jay joined Propertyiq as the central North Island trainer & sales and account manager for RPNZ, training and selling property data software packages to real estate agents. During this time away from Harcourts Jay became aware of the huge advances in technology within the Harcourts group systems and was delighted to be offered a position in the Wellington region for Harcourts Group as Franchise Development Manager. Jay has observed that Harcourts is an innovative, professional and very people-orientated company that is moving at a steady pace towards exceptional growth and says he feels very privileged to be part of Harcourts' future development plan.
