Corinne Kennedy
Branch ManagerBranch manager at Harcourts Papakura, Corinne Kennedy backs an excellent team of experienced, local Real Estate consultants. With separate specialists in either; urban/residential sales or rural/life style sales. These two sales teams work alongside a very busy rental management group and an in-house mortgage broker. Prior to joining the crew here at Harcourts Papakura as manager, Corinne had had a very successful career over a variety of industries, always in sales/marketing and management roles, as well as small business ownership. An absolute passion for Real Estate developed when Corinne began as a sales person in the Papakura branch of Harcourts in 2004, where she quickly became the number 1 seller for the entire South Auckland region and for 5 years a regular top 20 Harcourts performer. Time away from Real Estate only served to reinforce Corinne’s passion for it! Now with her young family almost independent, Corinne is back and enjoying the management role at Harcourts Papakura. Corinne is secure in the knowledge that local experience, attention to detail and best practice, along with loads of fun and enthusiasm makes a winning formula, for staff and clients alike. Corinne spends any possible spare time on kid’s sport, particularly Trampoline, a code both her children are involved in. Along with husband Dale, Corinne is a volunteer and committee member of both Icon Trampoline and Tongariro Ski Club. Recreation with family on the slopes of Mt Ruapehu or on the shores of Coramandal, are Corinne’s other passions. She and Dale are dedicated skiers, taking any chance possible in the winter to head for the snow with their two children, despite the kids passing them on the runs! She has refurbished and landscaped a number of homes over the years and is currently enjoying renovating their home in Karaka. In 2004 with the family growing she began her career in Real estate.
