Hello all you lovely people…. My name is Cathy Miller, real estate agent extraordinaire… Sounds a bit big-headed, I hear you say…? Not at all. Let me explain. My entire life, when I have taken up something new - employment, hobbies, raising a family, local politics - I have strived to do it to the absolute best of my ability. Going the extra mile has been a mantra I have lived by from a young age. In 2001 I decided it was time for a change and entered the real estate profession after nearly 20 years working for the Waitakere City Council in a supervisory role involving Education and Animal Welfare. From the word GO I decided that I would give the BEST service with the BEST attitude and that I would listen closely to what buyers and sellers were telling me. Listening, I have discovered, is as essential as all the work that follows. Over the last 8 years I have worked very hard to stick to this plan, ensuring my vendors’ and buyers’ trust in me to do a good job for them, is never misplaced.
