Bruce Manning

Bruce grew up in south Epsom, part of a large family, known as “the Manning Mob”, all of whom attended Royal Oak Primary School. After attending Auckland Grammar, Bruce embarked on a varied and adventurous career, including occupations from lift operator at Mt.Ruapehu to working on American tuna boats. Interspersed with these adventures Bruce managed to complete a Bachelor of Science at Otago University and, Master of Science in Marine Biology at Auckland University. Bruce has been with the Harcourts team now for 20 years, a large part of which as part of the very successful Harcourts M.G.R.E Royal Oak franchise, which did comprise of both the Royal Oak and Mangere Bridge offices. He has sold over $60 million worth of property in the area, and is known for combining effective selling performance with gentle and caring treatment of his clients. Bruce has a deep understanding of his duties regardless of the consequences to himself, as true agency performance requires. Most recently Bruce has taken on the duties as Branch Manager, principal, and owner of the Mangere Bridge office.

I am now firmly established back in New Zealand, after previously working with “Youth With A Mission”, a Christian missionary organization for seven years in the Cook Islands, and then six years in Samoa, followed by a number of years working for the Department of lands and Survey in the Hawkes Bay. Having looked at various career options, I decided to do a Real Estate Salesperson’s course. Completing that, I came straight from graduation, called into Harcourts Mangere Bridge and gained a position as a sales consultant. I am married to Faye, a beautiful Kiwi lady from Pahiatua. We have four beautiful children, 5 lovely grand children and sixth on the way. We live in the Mangere Bridge area and love it here. I have a very sound ethical background, excellent communication skills, and am completely dedicated to providing the best levels of service to my clients as possible. I have lived in South Auckland for the past 30 years, am married to Dave, and have two wonderful children, both of whom are still at school. For the last decade I have been involved in the retail industry in various capacaties. Having recently moved to Mangere Bridge, (which really felt like coming home), I am committed to providing excellent service to my clients,and being a positive contributor to the team here at Dawn Gull Realty.
