Jan Ireland

Jan entered real estate in 2008 after 17 years in Well Child Health based in Southland and followed by a successful teaching career which included over 2 years in the UK. The practical and managerial skills she gained from her past professions have been put to good use within the Harcourt Team. Her early achievements within the real estate field are the result of the level of enthusiasm and commitment she brings to her career. Jan listens to the needs of individual clients she deals with and works to build strong relationships with them. She is passionate about striving for the best results possible. Judy Ludemann

After farming with Ken, and enjoying the rural lifestyle with their children, and also working in Special Education, Judy joined the Harcourts team in 1998 in a part time capacity as part of the administration team, and later as assistant to consultants within the Cromwell team. When there was an opportunity to work on her own account, there was no hesitation. Judy has complete confidence in the Harcourts systems and the expectation of excellent service to clients. Ken Ludemann

Ken is part of the Harcourts Cromwell Specialist Rural team selling farms and lifestyle property throughout the Central Otago area. Ken has a background in farming and his knowledge enables him to provide advice to both farm and lifestyle buyers and investors during the sale process.

Mel Lyons

Mel’s Real Estate career began at Harcourts Dunedin in 1997. After a move “home” to Central Otago, Mel now works as a team with her husband Brad Lyons (Harcourts Cromwell's Number 1 Sales Consultant). Murray Brown

After a 20 year involvement in the Surveying Industry with involvement in subdivision design and a wide variety of survey work, Murray changed focus to the Real Estate Industry in 1983. Twenty eight years on he’s still doing it despite the ups and downs of the market place and the many changes the Industry has experienced over the years. Over the years Murray has managed a number of Real Estate operations and was also principal of his own successful multi office business which was sold in 2005. He believes the Real Estate Industry offers a unique opportunity for all types of personalities to be involved and has gained much pleasure in seeing individuals develop toward their best potential. Wayne Collie

Wayne is returning to the Real Estate Industry having enjoyed considerable success in the Dunedin area, where he focused on Commercial and Business Sales. Wayne will continue to focus in this area with the Harcourts Highland Team in Cromwell. During his business career along with his wife Ailene, they have owned several successful businesses. He has had experience in the building industry having been involved in the construction of three family homes. Community involvement been with Lions Clubs International where Wayne attained the position of Council Chairman for NZ 2001-2002, he is currently President Elect for the Cromwell Lions Club and has received numerous awards for his Lions involvement. At present Wayne is also the South Trustee to the Board of Camp Quality NZ, for children living with Cancer. Wayne moved to Cromwell three years ago because he believes it has a positive future and enjoys living here.

Rochelle McLellan

Rochelle came to us with a very strong background in Property Management having been in property management for over 5 years in Invercargill before moving to Cromwell. She has the ability to develop strong relationships with both her Landlords and Tenants and strives for excellence in customer service. Rochelle is primarily responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the property management department and ensuring our high standards are not only met, but continues to raise the bar on the service we offer.
