Pauline has been part of the Harcourts office in Warkworth for 7 years and has been the Office/Propertry Administrator for the past 6 years. Pauline managers all the rental accounts into and out of the rental office and maintains an up to date records for tenants and landlords.

Briar Gillespie

With over 20 years in the industry, Briar has a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate. Starting first in administration in 1990, then progressing through to sales and obtaining her Branch Managers certificate in 1997. She is currently the Sales Manager for the Wellsford and Mangawhai Tandem Realty Offices where her qualities of empathy and tact have greatly contributed to the building of a strong team spirit within the offices under her management. Even though technology has changed the industry significantly in the past two decades, Briar believes strongly in the 'back to basics' approach. Always being honest, reliable, a good listener and willing to go that extra mile, she believes are the keys to working in real estate, creating a rewarding customer experience for all.

Colin Hair

Being a good listener is a huge part of being successful in real estate! That’s the opinion of Colin Hair, and he should know, both personally, as an agent with 21 years experience, and as a long-time franchisee of two Harcourts offices at Orewa & Whangaparaoa. Both offices are highly successful, a happy situation Colin says is due in large part to his diligent and mainly long-serving teams of salespeople. Before real estate sales and management, Colin had a 19 year background in banking, a background which even today stands him and his many clients in good stead. Colin says his secret to success is in three parts – one: “In real estate, you have to have high energy levels,” two: “You have to have a positive attitude,” and three: “It’s necessary to have a real passion and enthusiasm for what you do.” He is also an accredited auctioneer, and lives and works locally on the Hibiscus Coast.

Linda Clapham

Linda has been with the Harcourts - Wellsford team for many years, first as a salesperson and then moving easily into the role of receptionist/office administrator, where her previous knowledge of real estate has been put to good use. She enjoys the varied challenges of her role, the fast pace of a busy office and the demands of keeping up with new technology.
