Christine Hughes

Christopher Brown

Chris Brown comes from a farming background in Paeroa. He is married to Frances and has 2 daughters, Laura and Emily. He spent 25 years dairy farming, working in Horsham Downs, Huntly and Paeroa. Interest include motorcycling, member of Ulysses and Lions Clubs and local Anglican Church. Chris started his real estate career in 2004 for Harcourts Paeroa where he sold farms, lifestyle blocks, commercial and residential property. He gained a place in the Top 20 for the Harcourts Central Region in 2004 and 2005 and was awarded the Harcourts Gold Pin in 2006. Cynthia is the holder of a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Waikato. Her multi-linguistic ability in English and Mandarin has enabled her to retain a large Asian client base. Cynthia joined Harcourts in 2007, however brings an immense knowledge of the building industry from her many years as CEO of a large Taiwanese Construction Company. Cynthia specializes in the sale of Commercial and Industrial property as well as business and tourism sales, most specifically Hotels, country club and Golf Courses. David Lunn

After living in Gisbourne for 30 years David, Jill and their two boys moved to a 20 acre farm let in the Waikato in 1984, and David started in real estate in 1987 selling Lifestyles and Farm lets. David continued to do this until 2003 when he and Jill left New Zealand for Jill to take up an Educational Appointment in Hong Kong. They stayed in Hong Kong for 2 and a half years and then moved back to New Zealand where David resumed his real estate business in the rural Division of Harcourts City Office.

Lance has been selling rural properties in Waikato for more than 10 years, and is one of the stars of the Harcourts' Rural and Lifestyle Team, based in the Hamilton Central office. He has lifelong ties to the farming community in this region; from his upbringing, his early working years as a stock clerk and stock agent and from his and his family's interest in horse training and harness racing. His background is of farming stock, his father farming on a ballot farm at Rerewhakaitu, BOP, on return from WWII. Lance's schooling included the excellent preparation of Te Aute College,. In his early career days Lance worked for a wellknown livestock company as a stock agent and auctioneer based in the Waikato. His passion for auctioneering has given him opportunities to be involved in several community fund-raising events, for causes such as the Cancer Foundation, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Fine Art organisations, and the Harlequins RFC,in Hamilton where he has been Club Captain for some years. His interests include the training and driving of harness race horses and he has a passion for rugby. He has coached many teams including the Waikato Under 18's he also has a keen interest in the history of many of the small towns in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty where he has lived or built strong ties through his horse training days. Rex has been involved in real estate for the past 40 years, the last 20 specializing in Commercial and Industrial real estate. Rex specializes in "design and build" projects, and large industrial leases. One of his current projects is the leasing of 14000 sq metres of retail space in Te Rapa, Hamilton on a 3 hectare site he sold to the present developers.
