Kevin is a well established and respected Rural Real Estate Consultant within the Waikato region. During Kevin’s twelve years in the real estate industry he has developed a reputation for being down to earth when dealing with real estate matters. A lot of this practical point of difference comes as a result of Kevins background in dairy farming, his vocation prior to entering the Real Estate industry. In April 2002 Kevin along with his wife Andrea assumed ownership of the Morrinsville Harcourts office. Kyle joined the Kevin Deane Morrinsville Harcourts rural team after spending two years as a rural real estate consultant in the Hauraki Plains. Coming from a rural upbringing Kyle has an appreciation for the rural lifestyle and prides him self on finding the right marketing solution for your property. Since starting as a rural consultant in September 2001, Noel has undertaken and completed further industry exams and as such has now been awarded the status of AREINZ. A recent addition to the Harcourts team Susan has over 25 years experience in Real Estate, 21 years in Morrinsville. Her experience as a seller and manager is extensive and as an AREINZ she has a vast knowledge of all facets of the industry and current legislation which requires attention to detail and legal process. Susan’s style is customer friendly and she is held in high regard by vendors and purchasers and the professional fraternity with whom she deals with.
