Principal Officer & Chief Executive OfficerEliot Falconer has nearly 20 years experience living and selling Real Estate in the Kapiti - Mana area, achieving area top salesperson status for many of those years. Since 1995 Eliot has been a licensed Auctioneer and Branch Manager, as well as a part-owner of Harcourts Paremata-Whitby Realty Ltd. He has been responsible for training a fresh new team of salespeople, who have already achieved an enviable success record and their professionalism in areas of service and skill is second to none. On the amalgamation of this company with Mana-Kapiti-Horowhenua Ltd, Eliot had management control over the branches of Paremata, Raumati and Paraparaumu. With management appointments of Ray Marshall in Waikanae, Eliot is now responsible for the overall performance of the company as its Chief Executive Officer.
