Debbie Boon

I trained as a Real Estate Agent in Perth, Western Australia where I sold Real Estate for two years before returning to New Zealand with my family. On returning I initially worked in property management before being recruited by Tony Sands to become his Personal Assistant. I continued to work for Tony for five years taking over his business for him when he went on holiday and helping him with his listings, open homes, advertising and paperwork. On Tony’s decision to change his career I have decided to go back to selling as I enjoy the challenge and variety of the industry. I love working with people and have a wide variety of friends and contacts in and out of the Real Estate world. I enjoy playing social sport and I also support my Husband Paul in his role of manager at Ashburton Engineering Limited. I have two children and enjoy living the lifestyle at Lake Hood.

I was born and raised in Ashburton and have lived here all my life except 18 years overseas and three in Queenstown, so know the local area and market inside out. I am a residential specialist, but do handle some lifestyle, commercial and business listings for some of my clients. Natalie Harris

I started with Harcourts Ashburton when I was just 15 years old as the “after school girl” were my duties included everything from running the reception desk, banking, assisting with new listings, producing and maintaining window cards and displays, to local lawyer and solicitor deliveries. After completing Year 13 at Ashburton College I went off to become a PA/Office Manager for one of New Zealands two Share Registries before moving to the Gold Coast, Australia for 5 years. In Australia I ran the administration side of a large commercial and residential swimming pool construction company. Upon returning to Ashburton I resumed my role at the Share Registry before rejoining the team at Harcourts Ashburton as Financial Controller. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality family time with my husband Darryn and our daughter Keziah, socialising with friends, reading, gardening and bike riding.

Roberta Rutledge

I am a local girl, raised in the township of Rakaia, where I continue to live with my husband Troy and our two daughters – Chloe and Lily. My previous work experience has been 14 years in the banking industry in a variety of Customer Service roles, the most recent being as a Lending Consultant. I have really enjoyed my time in the bank, and I now look forward to my new career in the Real Estate Industry with Harcourts Ashburton and the opportunities this brings.
