Abdul Choudhry

Abdul was born and raised in Pakistan and has travelled and lived in a number of different countries around the world. Abdul has had the privilige of working alongside and getting to know people from a variety of cultures and at the age of 19 years, he arrived in New Zealand and lived and worked in East Auckland. Abdul has a diverse work background, BA qualification (Pakistan) and for the past five years, has been working as a Real Estate Consultant, successfuly marketing and selling properties in West Auckland where he now resides. Abdul is married and the happy father of four children, 7 and 6 year old daughters, a 6 year old son and a recent addition, a new-born baby girl. Brian Cardwell

Joining real estate in 1998 in Remuera, Brian has enjoyed a very successful career over the last 8 years, and has been committed from day one to giving excellent service and working to achieve the best results possible. Daniel Love

Daniel started his working career after graduating from Lynfield College, as an automotive mechanic working on high performance cars with a well known brand. After his 21st birthday, Daniel embarked off-shore on his big OE to UK. Like all young ex-pat Kiwi’s, he found employment with various establishments in the hospitality industry, an industry not uncommon to him and his twin brother and younger sibling, as his parents Managed a number of Hotels for the then Dominion Breweries Hotel Chain. This overseas sojourn lasted for almost 8 years and he became very expert in the art of mixing cocktails and a popular “DJ”in some of the leading clubs in London’s West End. Upon returning to NZ, Daniel and two other travel mates opened their own Tappas style wine bar in the popular Parnell Rise area called “B@1” developing a successful following, catering for all styles and ages with well mixed and well priced food and cocktails. After taking over the whole operation when his two partners decided to go their own way, Daniel continued on successfully building the business for a further 18 months and having received several offers to sell, decided the time was right to move on. Daniel spent a short stint with Vodafone NZ successfully selling the latest technology and plans with their mobile phones and network systems, picking up valuable experience in marketing and becoming quite relaxed with cold calling on prospective clients. Daniel relates well to people from all walks and after his mother convinced him to join the family business, Daniel’s role as Property Manager Marketing will place his focus on building the rent role within the Property Management Department of Love Realty Ltd. David Moy

When it comes to marketing your home it is always good to know there is an experienced and well known face out there taking a genuine interest in you and your property. Mason Zhang

Mason joins Harcourts Te Atatu South Office after running a successful business for four years at Auckland. Prior to immigrating to New Zealand in 2002, Mason had more than 10 years experience in architectural and civil engineering design and project management in China. Mason had been practising civil engineering and architectural design since early 1990 and he has been a registered architect since 1995. Mason had designed a number of residential buildings, commercial buildings, hospitals and industrial buildings in the past 15 years. Mason also has an extensive experience in project management and construction management. During his previous job as a chief engineer, Mason had opportunities to travel to a number of countries in North America, Europe and Asian Pacific to meet people with various cultural backgrounds. Mason is married and has a son who is studying at the University of Auckland. Due to his previous experiences, Mason brings a wealth of knowledge to his Real Estate career.
