Leanne Griffiths

Leanne regularly attends industry seminars, keeping up to date with new services and products that may be available to investors, enabling them to achieve their goals in property ownership and wealth creation through property investment. Market rent information is regularly reviewed to optimise the best possible rent levels for investors. Leanne is aware of the need to be kept informed of progress and issues arising with managed properties, and maintains regular contact with investors regarding their properties, particularly those residing overseas. Lisa has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry over the last 15 years, starting with Harcourts Ellerslie in 1993 as a Property Manager. In that role, she was responsible for establishing a new Property Management division in the Ellerslie office. Lisa, who returned to the office after raising her family, is committed to her clients and brings with her extensive knowledge and experience in the day to day management of investment properties.

Carol is responsible for all the administrative needs of our busy office, and provides full support to the Directors and Property Managers, co-ordinating the smooth running of the operation. She manages accounts receivable and payable, and maintains the up-to-date computer database of all clients and properties. Carol has completed her Real Estate examinations, and is a certified Real Estate salesperson with a full understanding of operations and procedures.
