Bruce Patton
SalesI have been an Arrowtown resident since 1989 and have been involved in Real Estate since 1992. After many years servicing rural Southland as a stock agent and then drafter, and stock department manager for Alliance Group, I still have numerous contacts in the Southland farming sector and use my past experience as an Auctioneer, to now create exciting and successful real estate auctions. Each Autumn Festival sees me involved with the Arrow Entertainers in their annual musical production. I am also very involved with the local Presbyterian Church being chairperson of the Building Committee. I compete regularly in NZ Masters Games events with success recently in swimming, indoor rowing, and race walking. I also walked the 2009 Centennial Riverton – Invercargill Marathon. A testament to my ethics and integrity is the amount of business I do with former colleagues and past farming and real estate clients. Arrowtown is very much the “family” home town, with my wife Marion being 5th generation and now two daughters and grand-daughters making Arrowtown their home as well.

Fraser Skinner
Sales ConsultantFraser Skinner Marketing Central Otago properties for the Arrowtown Harcourts office is a natural progression for Fraser Skinner, who has contributed significantly to the Wakatipu region in many ways. Fraser’s passion for the development of the region and its future, is reflected in an impressive synthesis of professional and volunteer work, often at the initiation stage of large projects in tourism, hospitality and marketing in the Wakatipu area. A career highlight was Fraser’s involvement in the establishment of the region’s marketing organisation in the 1980s. Fraser later became General Manager of this organisation, now known as Destination Queenstown. Volunteer tourism and marketing roles include: an influential five years on the promotional organisation, Discover Arrowtown; voluntary Queenstown Winter Festival organiser for several years; and a Founding Director of the international ‘50K of Coronet’ endurance ski race. Over five years that organisation raised around $1million which was used to establish the Chair of Paediatric Research in Otago University. The event saw the establishment of the Cure Kids brand, which Fraser continues to support. Fraser’s local knowledge and reputation in the community ensures strong and positive relationships in the real estate industry where he works with variety of properties and businesses. A specialist area he particularly enjoys is the marketing Central Otago vineyards and the representation of several mortgagee clients.
