Cheryl Timoti
Sales ConsultantIt has been my good fortune to have lived in and around Wanganui all my life. For many years my husband and I have worked in rural and urban Wanganui, both on a farm and in our own fire safety business. Real estate has always interested me and as part of the Harcourts team I have proved myself to be reliable, hardworking and customer focused. Please feel free to ask for testimonials. As your Harcourts consultant I can work with Vendors and Purchasers from a personal perspective and experience as I know the area well and what it has to offer. Along with spending time with our grandchildren, some of my interests include beach walking, puzzles and reading. I am an investor of rental properties in the area as well as being a committee member of the Whanganui Property Investors Association. TESTIMONIAL: Having dealt with Cheryl on two occassions, both purchasing and selling a property, I have no hesitation in stating that Cheryl has all the attributes of an excellent Real Estate Consultant. I would certainly recommend her to any person wanting to buy or sell a property. Michael Rebbeck.
