Maurice Weaver
Sales ConsultantMaurice is excited at the opportunity to be one of the Harcourts – Hobsonville Realty Ltd Sales & Marketing Specialists in Greenhithe. Maurice Weaver was born in New Zealand and grew up in West Auckland where he did all his schooling. He started his working life as a motor engineer, obtaining his A Grade and going onto become a service manager. Then for the next 23 years in sales and marketing which consisted of owning three very successful companies; then in the last 14 years working in real estate. He obtained his 2 million sales certificate early on and is working towards his next milestone. His motto is honesty and experience when dealing with sellers and buyers as he likes to be treated. As his business is all about people and their aspirations, dreams, emotions and achievements especially when you are dealing with what in most cases is their biggest asset. His greatest satisfaction is when he matches people and property together. Greenhithe Office AdministratorGabrial is Harcourts Greenhithe’s Office Administrator. She handles all manner of requests, solves (almost) every problem and mans the phone at all hours, all with a lovely smile. Gabrial loves being involved in the Greenhithe community, she manages the bookings for the Greenhithe Hall and is also the editor of the local Greenhithe Newsletter. She is passionate about good customer service and loves being around people, the ones she knows – and the ones she doesn’t.
