Bruce Pyott is Business partner & manager of Harcourt's Intotal Property Management. Bruce began investing in residential property in the 1990s, eventually building up a quality portfolio of his own. During this time, friends and associates (who also owned investment properties), began asking Bruce for help to sort out various tenancy problems. From these requests, ‘Intotal Property Management ltd’ emerged and has since gone from strength to strength, becoming the successful and highly regarded business that it is today. Being a full time property management specialist & an avid follower of market trends, Bruce fully understands what it takes to achieve his clients investment aims.

Coming from a family submersed in real estate, I have continued the passion into property management. Over the last five years I have gained valuable experience and developed my skills to the point where I proudly exceed the expectations of our owners.
