Holmwood Property Management (HPM) is linked with the five Holmwood sales offices spread across Christchurch, and is the award-winning dedicated property management office for the Holmwood Group.
At HPM we specialise in residential property management throughout Canterbury. We believe in a hands-on approach to management and we offer a friendly, professional and knowledgeable service.
Our goal is to ensure that your investment returns are maximised while alleviating much of the time consuming (and sometimes unpleasant) tasks associated with managing

ManagerAs owner / manager of HPM, Caroline has an infectious excitement for Real Estate, particularly property management. Unwavering enthusiasm and friendliness are personal qualities that Caroline feels help her maintain her successful role within the industry. Having her own rental properties means Caroline identifies easily with her clients needs and that she & the HPM team take pride in each of the managements and tenancies they are responsible for.
