Debbie Johnstone

Debbie is an integral part of the inspirational and motivating force behind the Vision Team. Her goal is to ensure the expectations of every Vision client are realised. Always one to lead by example, she practices the Vision philosophy of 'professionalism without compromising the personal touch.' Debbie manages Visions' team of highly skilled and talented sales consultants and administration staff.

Graham Johnstone

Graham had over 30 years experience in many aspects of the daily running of our national airline including dealing with the public, liaising with other carriers and the various interests involved at the airport. This gives him an insight into dealing with both our tenants and property investors and achieving the best for both parties and leaving them wiht the feeling that they have been professionally treated. Graham successfully ran his own property maintenance business and now brings that expertise as well into property management to help owners and tenants. He can easily advise owners of the requirements of maintenance being requested and also repair any small tasks while carrying out the routine inspections. Graham enjoys sport and is still actively competing in interclub athletics while still finding the time to watch family play rugby and cricket.

Tracey Cooper

Tracey has experience in Office Administration and Personal Assistant roles for both large and small firms, including a family run acoustics company. Tracey joined Harcourts in March 2008 as part time Personal Assistant to a top sales consultant. It was the need to increase her hours working that led to the move to Property Management in October 2010 within the same Harcourts office in Bishopdale. Tracey is a valued member of the team, providing personal assistance to the property managers. Our systems and procedures form the core of our property managment operation and Tracey has a superior understanding of our systems, service and organisation. She ensures the whole team provides excellent service to our clients and is always able to be contacted when the property managers are out of the office.
