Graeme Kerridge
Sales ConsultantGraeme is a member of the sales team at Harcourts Westgate and is a licensed residential sales consultant. Over the last 30 years Graeme has been involved in the management and marketing of various businesses in New Zealand. Graeme started as an Account Manager in 1975 for Arthur Ellis & Co. before being appointed to the position of Sales & Marketing Manager for an upholstery manufacturer. Here, amongst other successful marketing activities, he was part of the team that produced and planned a television advertising campaign, with stunning results, boosting unit sales by almost 600 units. After some 4 years Graeme decided to set up a successful company in the manufacture of lounge suites, which entailed design, planning and manufacturing. In 1986 he joined the AMP Society as an advisor on investment, insurance and superannuation. After the experience in the insurance and finance market, Graeme saw an opportunity to start one of the early mortgage brokerages dealing with most of the lending institutions. For the past 18 years Graeme has been coaching and consulting with the business to assist them to perform at higher levels of efficiency and improving cash flow and profitability. This in turn helped to make the business easier to manage and to maintain its level of competitiveness. Graeme has a keen interest in most sports, and currently enjoys golf at the age group level. He says Golf has a tremendous challenge to it, in being able to improve, even at this stage in life. “I have enjoyed success and compare this with many other parts of life.”

Westgate Office Administrator / PA to Steve Hay AREINZ AuctioneerJenny-Lee joined the Hobsonville Realty team in 2004 as Saturday Administrator for the Hobsonville office. She spent one year travelling in Asia and studying in Japan from mid 2007 to mid 2008. Upon returning to New Zealand, Jenny-Lee rejoined Hobsonville Realty as Hobsonville Saturday Administrator again, until November 2009 when she began as the full time Office Administrator for the new Westgate office (Opened May 2010). Jenny-Lee studied Japanese language, Asian business & culture, and language studies at Unitec Institute of Technology for 4 years and graduated early 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Japanese Language major). After studying for 4 years and living in Japan, Jenny-Lee is fluent in Japanese and has many interests relating to Japanese business and culture. Jenny-Lee is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and greeting incoming clients at the Westgate office and she always does so in a professional and welcoming manner. She is also responsible for assisting manager Steve Hay and Westgate Sales consultants administratively. Being employed in a frontline office position with Hobsonville Realty since 2006, Jenny-Lee has dealt with a wide range of clientele and Real Estate personnel, and manages the huge variety of incoming enquiries from the front desk. She has consequently developed excellent customer service skills and a detailed knowledge of Real Estate. Her organization and attention to detail teamed with her knowledge of database management, and skills in desktop publishing, makes her ideal for her position and adds great strength to the Westgate team.
