Kerry Herbert

Kerry has had a wide employment history, including RNZAF administration, Production Manager in the Plastics Industry, Office Solutions customer service and Property Management. This vast employment experience has provided Kerry with valuable skills in customer service, communication, efficiency and work ethic. Born and bred in Hamilton, Kerry returned seven years ago, spending the last four with his family residential property management business, specialising in “mum & dad” investors. This enabled him to draw on the fourty years property investment experience of his step-father, Win Kerry. Kerry is experienced in establishing and maintaining personal relationships with property owners and tenants alike. He has the flexibility to meet their individual requirements and he believes that his sense of integrity, experience, and commitment to excellence will result in a successful working relationship every time.

Paul Cummuskey

Paul has been involved in Real Estate for over twenty five years and has specialised in both residential and commercial property management for twenty three years. Formally from Devonport, Auckland, Paul has resided in Hamilton for seven years, the last six of which have been involved in residential property management. Experience within the financial and property industries have provided Paul valuable skills in negotiation, communication and attention to detail. Paul is experienced in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships and is focused in every aspect of his work. He believes that his experience, knowledge and sense of humour will endorse an excellent working relationship.
