Who is Gavin Barlow? For those of you that don’t know me, let me introduce myself. I have lived in the Nelson area all my life and have watched with interest the growth and development of the region. Like many of you, my family and I have enjoyed what the area has to offer. I attended Waimea Intermediate and Waimea College and played rugby for Waimea.
