He began work with Broadbent Real Estate, changing to Bay of Islands Realty in 1994 when Broadbent sold the company. He has been with the same company since then, working as a salesperson and in the last three years as 50% owner of the company. The company has been under the Professionals banner until February 2012, and has now changed to Harcourts. Bill has consistently been a top performer winning many awards, including Bay of Islands Salesperson of the Year on two occasions.

He was born in Berlin 57 years ago and migrated to New Zealand in 2004 for the “better weather” and the lifestyle along with the new experience of living on the other side of the world. After 8 years Holger is delighted he made the right decision and found the perfect spot here in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Holger is a certified merchant and worked in a mortgage and insurance company and as a Real Estate General Agent in a building society in Germany for 7 years. He completed his first New Zealand Real Estate Salesperson’s certificate in March 2006 and had it just renewed. Now Holger is part of our “European Connection” and is marketing selected properties abroad as well as bringing another language to the Harcourts talented linguistic team, which now offers clients the choice of Dutch, German, Spanish and French language. “It is a bit of a passion of mine to help and care about my customers’ living, housing and financial needs.     Rex has lived in Kerikeri for 30 years. His children were all educated in Kerikeri and he has been closely involved with the Kerikeri Cruising Club during that time. Rex and his wife Erica have been married for 44 years, have four children and four grandchildren. He established the Kerikeri Yamaha School of Music that is now owned and operated by the original music teacher he employed in 1983. Rex then went on to established his own Life Insurance Brokerage qualifying as a mortgage broker in 1998 under the AXA agency. An opportunity to sell real estate arose in 2000 and he started work with REAL Property Centre in December of that year. Tracy was an administrator / receptionist at a real estate company in Kaikohe involved in general receptionist duties and client services, before transferring to their Kerikeri branch. During her time in real estate administration and property management she has developed strong interpersonal relationship skills essential in property management.
