Daniel initially forged his sales career after he graduated from Massey University with a Diploma in Horticulture. He soon discovered his penchant for sales and negotiation while he travelled the upper North Island of New Zealand working as a sales representative for a wholesale plant nursery. His sales and account management career then progressed to the grocery industry (FMCG), and later to medical supplies where he excelled in building strong customer relationships and was able to further develop his strong business acumen. Following his OE in 2003, Daniel completed his real estate licence and joined Auckland’s largest real estate organisation ‘Barfoot & Thompson’ where he quickly ranked in the top 25% of sales people after only six months. Daniel recently decided to move to Chistchurch to be closer to friends as well as to establish a presence in the local real estate market by joining New Zealand’s largest and market-leading real estate company – Harcourts Grenadier Real Estate Limited. “Positioning a property is about knowing the property and the possibilities it has, and working out ways to get those possibilities in front of prospective purchasers.
