Carol joined the Top Bays Realty Team at Browns Bay in March 2005, working initially as a Buyer’s Agent for 2 of our top Sales Consultants. After nearly a year learning from these top performers she moved to working on her own and has worked consistently to achieve results that have placed her in the Top Ten Consultants during that time. Carol brings the skills to assist clients in what is usually one of the most important decisions they have to make. Carol is a very patient and honest person and has the empathy often lacking in some people to help them through what can be a very stressful time. She understands that real estate is not so much about property—its more about people. Its about understanding their needs, realising dreams and moving onto a better future. Carol lives in Browns Bay with her husband Peter and has 3 teenage children. With nearly 30 years living in “the Bays” Carol’s local knowledge is second to none. Clients joke she is a “mobile encyclopedia” of information about properties and their history.
