Prior to joining Harcourts in December 2002, Jim had a wealth of management and real estate experience in his 16 years in the industry. Starting with six years as a sales consultant he went on to two years in management with a national real estate company and spent seven years as an owner of an independent real estate company. Jim is reponsible for the South Island offices.
