Gaile started her Real Estate career with Harcourts in Hastings/Havelock North (Hawkes Bay) in 1990, becoming a consistent National and Regional Top Achiever. After moving to Christchurch in the late 1990's and joining the Grenadier team, Gaile moved to manage the Ferrymead Office in 2002. A commitment to excellence, quality customer service and supportive staff training has seen the office increase in size and market share.
Having moved full circle back to Hawkes Bay in April 2011, Gaile is now providing the same skills and support for the team in Havelock North.
