Get to know me better
I have begun my 20th year with Harcourts Real Estate by joining the team at Harcourts Holmwood Real Estate in Wanaka after the last 13 years with the high achieving Harcourts Advantage Realty team in Tauranga and before that seven years as a top achiever in Harcourts Monarch Real Estate in Hamilton.
I have developed an extensive network of clients and colleagues in both the Bay of Plenty and Waikato who are prepared to support and recommend me to family and friends. I now look forward to my new 'adventure' down here in South Westland as a salesperson for Harcourts Wanaka which is part of the award winning Holmwood Real Estate Company in Wanaka, Christchurch, Invercargill and Gore. Holmwood Real Estate holds the honour of being an Accredited Best Practice Real Estate Agency.
In this new position, I have the unique opportunity to market and sell residential and rural properties as well as businesses, along this very beautiful South Westland Coast and do so with the support of my collegues in Wanaka, Christchurch, Invercargill and Gore.
One of the things I like most about working in Real Estate is the ability to build a strong personal bond between myself and my client - based on mutual trust, confidence and knowledge.
Whichever marketing method my clients decide to use, whether marketing with a price, Auction or Tender, I always point out to prospective vendors, that on a personal basis, I have an enviable almost 100% success rate with my listings and Auctions and have achieved in excess of vendor expectations in all of my Auctions!

On a Personal Note: I am the proud mother of three - Chris, Phillippa and James and now grandmother to Grace in the US. Napier born, I spent the remainder of my primary and college years in Wellington before joining Air New Zealand. The family moves included Rotorua, Kawerau and for 20 years Hamilton.
A keen tennis player, runner, cyclist, foodie, gardener and now I can add enjoying 'life down on the farm' as one of my passions!
A trip to Europe included my dream of visiting Santorini in the Greek Islands and is an examply of my philosophy - "Make Your Dreams Happen"
