I have been actively selling Real Estate on the Hibiscus Coast since 1990 and have lived and owned property on the coast for over 30 years now - Real Estate; it’s my career and my lifestyle. After 20 odd years selling I still get a thrill, especially when someone comes back to me time and time again. You may have known me as Karen Olsen... now Karen Taylor, Allan & I married on the 29th of Feb 2008. Allan is a local builder and also a fully qualified Real estate salesperson who understands all aspects of the job He is a big support to me, often putting on a shirt & tie and lending me a hand. Outside of Real Estate Allan and I are travel junkies and we love a day out on the water fishing I love my vege garden; and ‘The Cats’... Baxter and Oscar... our boys, Rule the roost! We are surrounded by a wide circle of friends and my daughters’ - hugely proud of them both. The key ingredients to my success - The personal touch, an integral part of my success has be maintaining contact over the years with my extensive network and database of local and overseas purchasers. I pride myself on being renowned for my people skills, being a good listener and having the ability to interpret what people really need & want. I am well organised which comes from my back ground as a teacher and pay attention to the little details. Every year I’ve up skilled and have honed both my marketing and negotiation skills.
