Jan Newman AREINZ

After 26 years in the nursing profession working primarily as a Charge Nurse of an adult medical ward and latterly as Nurse Leader of the Hamilton District Nursing Team, Jan decided to start her Real Estate career. Jan’s focus has always been on education, training and ethics and her passion lies with ensuring that the client is given the best possible service and care. Jan started her Real Estate career with Lodge Real Estate and in her first year was named “Most Promising Salesperson”. She then went on to be placed in the top five of the company every year. During this time Jan formulated an eight week training programme for new salespeople and became responsible for their integration into real estate. This significantly increased the retention of new salespeople. Jan then took 18 months away from selling but carried on her training role. During this time she studied for and completed her AREINZ. Jan joined Harcourt’s in July 2008 and her aim is to lead a team which has a reputation for being friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused.
