I have been selling now for over five years, having sold just over $60 million in settled property sales. I have consistently finished in the Top 20 in the Wellington Region and in the Top 100 Nationally over the past seven years. I am very proud to have achieved this level of success. This success, I attribute to having an eye for finding the right house and a good investment opportunity for my clients. I also have an understanding of the lending process and can provide information on this. The key is going beyond the real estate transaction. Having a wide network of people in all sorts of fields has helped me find solutions for clients. By looking after people the results will look after themselves.
