Janice Waitere-Cross

Proud to be born and raised in New Plymouth the energy capital of New Zealand. I am a qualified chef and have enjoyed working in the oil industry cooking on the land-based rigs. I have also spent sometime in safety roles on Taranaki’s petrochemical plants.

I am the proud mother of two young men and love living in the rural outskirts of the city with my miniature horse, 6 chooks 1 rooster and 4 dogs. In my spare time I make rather sad attempts to “hang ten “, and ride my dirt bike.

Having previously been a personal assistant to a very successful Harcourts agent I found it extremely rewarding helping people find the property of their dreams, it is now the right time in my life to pursue a full time career in real estate with the backing of the highly experienced and successful Harcourts team.
