My name is Sharron Davies, I’m married with grown up twins, boy & girl. I live on a 160acre dry-stock property overlooking Lake Waikare in Te Kauwhata. Having sold real estate over the last 15 years, mainly concentrating on the lifestyle market in the North Waikato as this is where my interest lies. Previously working out of Pukekohe offices I joined Harcourts Te Kauwhata in September 2009, feeling it was important to be based in an office in the community in which I live and work out of. I am currently selling both residential and lifestyle property based in the Huntly office.
