I was born and raised in Ashburton and have lived here all my life except 18 years overseas and 3 in Queenstown, so know the local area and market inside out. I am a residential specialist, but do handle some lifestyle, commercial and business listings for some of my clients.
A very large portion of my work is referral and repeat business from the huge database I have built up since starting with Harcourts back in 1997. A lot has changed in that time, especially with technology, but one thing never alters, Real Estate success is still and always will be about people, end of story!
