Carol’s professional life has always revolved around relationship building. Prior to the commencement of her Real Estate career she worked for a large firm of solicitors, as a loan officer for the Public Service Investment Society and as a promotions officer with the Canterbury Promotion Council. Having lived her entire life in Christchurch, Carol combines her highly developed interpersonal skills with an intimate knowledge of the local region. Working as a Real Estate professional since 1987, the practical lessons gained over more than two decades, including time spent as a property manager, give her an insight into all areas of Christchurch’s property market. Carol is proud of her ability to empathise with her clients, listen to their needs, understand their circumstances and cater a plan to fit their individual requirements.
