Christine Toy started at the Harcourt’s Glenview branch in 1989. For the past 20 years she has had extensive experience in Property. Starting with Residential sales, Christine then became a Property Manager and home Lease Manager with Housing NZ Corporation. She went on to work for a prominent Hamilton businessman working as a Commercial & Industrial Property Manager as well as managing several other asset portfolios. Christine rejoins Harcourt’s after leaving in 2004 after having two children while working, she then decided to stay at home to care for them until school. “I am excited about returning to Real estate, property is an industry that I am truly passionate about”. During the past 5 years, Christine has been studying part time for her Real Estate diploma and is looking forward to reaching her AREINZ status in the near future. If you require knowledge in all areas of Real Estate, Christine is friendly, personable but more importantly experienced in all aspects of buying and selling.
