John started his career in real estate in April 2008 and by March of 2009 John had twice featured in the top fifty of Harcourts South Island real estate sales consultants.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Teaching, John has spent the majority of his teaching career (25 years) in South Otago, living with his family in Owaka. With his children now all independent, John has taken up the challenge of a new career in the exciting world of real estate. The communication, negotiating and relationship skills He gained as a teacher translate well into real estate.
Also, having lived in South Otago for the last 25 plus years, John has great local knowledge and is passionate about what the Clutha District has to offer. Although his entry into the industry coincided with the tighter market, he has enjoyed success with listing and selling a variety of properties.
