Jim Otway has had a lifetime of experience. In rural Waikato the thoroughbred industry has been Jim’s domain with ownership of Trelawney Stud and the marketing and selling of its product being foremost for 30 odd years.
During that period of time he has held executive positions on local and national racing boards and clubs. He has also had investments in large and developing dairy farms in Manawatu and Hawkes Bay.
Jim has three daughters and four grandchildren which he and Lesley adore.
Jim has been a rural Harcourt’s agent for 7 years starting off in Morrinsville and shifting to the Cambridge when Kevin Deane acquired that franchise.
Jim’s successes in real estate include marketing and selling some of Cambridge districts most expensive Dairy farms.
