Jo Mckay works closely with the Chief Technology Officer to oversee the roll-out and implementation of the Harcourts One technology system. She is also the key contact for Harcourts corporate team and focus groups to manage all change requests to our systems. Prior to this role, Jo spent five years as a key member of Harcourts Helpdesk supporting Harcourts offices and individuals in their usage of the extensive and expanding suite of Harcourts’ technology products and systems.
