Life for me began right here in Wellington growing up in Island Bay during the wonderful sixties. I was educated at Wellington College and soon after leaving school embarked on a career in the building industry. Upon my marriage I moved to Johnsonville where I have resided since. So you might say I am Wellingtonian through and through. My experience in the building industry and an intimate knowledge of the local Wellington area has provided me with an excellent base for my career in the real estate industry which commenced in 1994. Over the last 14 years I have found it immensely satisfying to be able to meet the need of clients who have entrusted the sale of their home to me under the Harcourts’ banner. Real Estate in my view is all about commitment, excellent marketing strategies and communication, integrity and ethics, coupled with a sense of humour and zest for living. I enjoy meeting and working with people – vendors and purchasers alike. I welcome a challenge and believe if there’s a will there’s almost certainly a way. Diligence and resourcefulness are key factors in my success to date. I have consistently made the top 50 sales agents in the Lower North Island and often achieve a top 20 placing. Family life is important to me. My wife, Marion, is a secondary school teacher. We have a son, Tim, who has a degree in Forestry Science from Canterbury University and is currently working for Tenon NZ, based in Annapolis, Maryland USA. Our daughter Jane is a trained beauty therapist and has recently worked on the Queen Mary II Cruise Ship. I enjoy sports, in particular, rugby, cricket, snooker, golf and fishing. I also enjoy dining out with friends and family. I hope I can be of service to you.
