David Marshall is a brand name in Ohope synonymous with his success in real estate. Since choosing this career with Harcourts, Whakatane Branch in 1994 David has consistently achieved outstanding results on a local and national level. David’s a uniquely relaxed character, born and raised in the area. His strong negotiation skills, extensive local knowledge and love of Ohope (a seaside town attracting both holiday makers and permanent residents looking to raise their families away city pressures) brings confidence and ease to clients at a time that can be challenging and life-changing. Davids wife Kim (also a salesperson) works closely alongside managing their very large database and keeping clients past and present well informed. Today this couples business comes largely from referrals and recommendations from past clients, along with a very high percentage of repeat business. Their real estate interests have always over-lapped into their personal lives, many clients have become friends, and are always welcomed into their Ocean Road home to discuss real estate or just have a chat. And no matter what the season David enjoys spending endless hours in the ocean be it fishing, diving, jetskiing, coastguard … Yes a real beach lad.
