David’s a uniquely relaxed character, born and raised in the area. His strong negotiation skills, extensive local knowledge and love of Ohope (a seaside town attracting both holiday makers and permanent residents looking to raise their families away city pressures) brings confidence and ease to clients at a time that can be challenging and life-changing. Davids wife Kim (also a salesperson) works closely alongside managing their very large database and keeping clients past and present well informed.
