Dianne was the top sales person in her previous real estate sales job for an unprecedented five years running. That will to succeed has been passed on to the 30 or so staff at present, and the offices now have a list of national awards to their credit.
While acknowledging that this is a competitive work arena, they have instilled a camaraderie and team ethic that works to heighten individual successes.
Since their tenure they have instigated regular and popular property investment seminars, and have established a sought after property management team.
