Jean-Paul Winckel resides in Bombay. He purchased a 17acre bare block 20 years ago and in his spare time, has completely transformed the block into a ‘piece of paradise’.
Other passions include: horse trekking, boating and tramping.
Jean-Paul has an extensive marketing and sales background, successfully achieving top sales person for an office product company for 9 years before moving into Real Estate where he sells lifestyle blocks for Harcourts Pukekohe.
In the first year, Jean-Paul was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ for Harcourts Northern Region for 2000-2001 and has ranked in the Top 20 Nationally on a number of occasions. He continues to achieve successful results.
Jean-Paul is a people person, he has excellent communication skills and genuinely cares about people and achieving the very best result he can for you.
