Yvonne had a good grounding in the building industry, working for several years with Fletchers and then Keith Hay Homes. This gave her a full understanding of building design and sales which in turn has helped enormously with the broad real estate industry which she entered in 1996 . Soon after she won the prestigious 'Rookie of the Year" award and has continued to receive awards since. Yvonne lists and sells property in her home area of West Auckland ranging through the market from first home buyers to lifestyle & prestigious waterfront properties. Her aim is to negotiate and close an agreeement with all parties happy with her services. This is confirmed by the high rate of repeat business & referrals she gets.
