“Here to help YOU make the move” That’s been Maria’s catchphrase since she began her real estate career almost 8 years ago and it‘s still something she believes in today. Born and raised in Portsmouth in the U.K Maria‘s skills learned in the banking industry have well equipped her for a career in Real Estate. With a passion for people, great listening skills and an understanding that buying or selling your home is one of the biggest changes you make in your life she continues to relish the challenges that this career presents daily. Maria always maintains a professional approach and is renowned for her strong marketing and negotiating skills. Real estate is her full time profession and has her total focus and commitment; it is her aim to always exceed her client’s expectations Since moving to New Zealand with her husband in 1996, she has also become actively involved in the local community, fundraising for the local Kindergartens, and been a member of both the P.T.A and Board of Trustees at Kaurilands Primary School. Maria’s two girls are very active with after school activities Tennis, Netball, Swimming and the National Youth Theatre Company, Maria always gives her support and help to any organisation her children are involved in.
