Three words that focus on Real Estate are LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. However, whilst those words are important, I can assure you that my personal commitment to you as my client will be based on SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE.
<p>My past 25 years experience in the fields of Management and Sales and Marketing within the hotel/ hospitality industry both in New Zealand and internationally (Australia, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, UK) provide evidence of my experience and ability in dealing with people from all walks of life.
Whilst my previous experience was focused on hospitality I have never been far from the world of Real Estate. My family owned and operated a very successful Real Estate agency for over 40 years and therefore I found myself raised on a diet of contracts, client phone calls and a healthy respect for the term '24/7'
Soon after I began in Real Estate I realized a need to concentrate not just on one market but to be more diverse and therefore I now have an extensive portfolio of clients in both the commercial as well as residential markets. My client base consists of business men/ women and families from all over New Zealand as well as many from overseas and to this end I have been able to provide excellent service and establish record residential street sales for my clients.
