My Profile

Get to know me better
Geoff has been selling property in Christchurch for the past 18 years. Previously with Gillman Real Estate he was among the top 5 salespeople in the company every year, reaching third for 2 years. He achieved many awards including Rookie of the year 1994/95 and was frequently top lister & top salesperson of the month. He has currently sold over $40 million worth of property in Christchurch.

He has completed the National Certificate & National Diploma in Real Estate and became an associate of the Real Estate Institute in 2000. This level of achievement would enable Geoff to run his own company should he ever wish to do so. These awards are the result of dedication to the role of selling the number one asset of most people.

A little more about me. I am married to Mary with two young daughters, Rebecca 25 & Charlotte 18. Before I entered the dizzy mad world of Real Estate I taught Maths and Chemistry at Hillmorton High School (12 years). I guess I became sick of the holidays!

My only claim to fame was playing cricket for Canterbury in the 80's alongside the great Hadlee's. If I was any good I would have been a pro cricketer but sadly Richard Hadlee seemed to get all the breaks!! Weekends playing cricket seem a distant memory but cricket won't pay the bills especially at my age!!

I live in Beckenham and look up at the houses on the hills. We love it there and any spare moments we get we usually spend maintaining our old wooden house and propping up the Mitre 10 balance sheet. We are both Christchurch born and bred and apart from a couple of working holidays in England wouldn't live anywhere else. We would miss our freezing cold Easterly wind!!
