PHILOSOPHY: I believe the buying and selling of Real Estate during the course of most peoples lives to be of great importance to them and I am keen to provide knowledgeable assistance and support during this time. LOCAL CONNECTIONS : I have lived and worked in the Rodney area for the past 30 years, the past 24 in the Warkworth Area. EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND : I joined the Harcourts group in Warkworth in early 1995 because of its excellent national & local reputation and client pool. I appreciate the professional, administrative & technological support systems in our office & find our referral systems beneficial. I have found my knowledge of the area, wide personal contact and my experience in working with people systems to be invaluable in establishing and maintaining a successful client basis. Marketing a property to find a suitable buyer then negotiating an agreement between the vendor & purchaser whereby both parties are happy with the result is my major motivation.
